Return and Refund Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. All items can be requested to be returned for any reason by contacting us through the email provided in this policy. Each case will be individually examined, and if determined eligible for a refund, one will be issued. We do not process returns or exchanges. Instead, you will be refunded in full and will be able to keep the product. We reserve the right to decline a refund request for any reason.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a refund and, if eligible, purchase the desired item with the refunded amount.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:
If your order is eligible for a refund, you will either receive an email notifying you of the refund eligibility, followed by an automatic email with the refund details once it has been processed, usually within 24 hours, or you will directly receive an automatic email with the refund details around 48 hours after your request was sent to us. Please note that we might not always reply to your request directly, and sometimes the automatic refund email will serve as our response.
